- Complaints concerning activity implementation, conduct, or alleged non-compliance with GREEN for Riau principles and procedures.
Confidentiality and data protection
The complainant’s identity and personal information will be kept confidential and used only for verification and follow-up purposes, in accordance with applicable requirements. Anonymous reports may be submitted, although sufficient information will support effective handling.
Handling process
Received → verified → referred to the relevant party → followed up → closed, with an update provided to the complainant when contact details are available.
Response time
Receipt will be acknowledged within 3 working days. Initial follow-up information will be provided within 10 working days, depending on the complexity of the report and verification needs.
Submission requirements
Submit reports in good faith, with accurate information and supporting evidence where available. Suara RIMBA is not an emergency service. In an emergency, contact the relevant emergency service or competent authority.
