This document introduces the DINFRA Climate Resilience Fund (DINFRA-CRF) as a pooled investment vehicle structured under OJK’s KIK-DINFRA framework and backed by PT BRI Manajemen Investasi to mobilize capital-market funding for verifiable Nature-based Solutions (NbS)—including mangrove and peatland restoration, social forestry, eco-tourism infrastructure, and sustainable commodity value chains. It highlights the concept of “Nature as Infrastructure,” outlines how returns may be generated (e.g., carbon credits, eco-tourism, natural products), maps key institutional roles (government, OJK, UNEP, UNCDF, investors, communities), and notes its relevance as a scalable model that can also support readiness efforts such as Green for Riau.
